It's been my 3rd visit and absolutely love the addition to Zaandam. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, water front seating, good wine choices, helpful staff (the wine we chose wasn't available so a more substitute was offered at the same price), cocktails, and the food is divine. A bit different from the traditional restaurants in the area and I hope its here to stay.

Almost always with my girlfriend we come, today I tried the recommendation of the sushi chef, it was excellent and very fresh (my congratulations to the chef of this wonderful sushi). There was a very young guy at the bar, he was very attentive and professional. Overall everything was very good, I felt the waitress a little distracted with our table but I had a nice time with my girlfriend.

Nice restaurant in the former Verkade factory. Food was excellent and well prepared however staff seemed a bit inbetween Christmas and New Year. Might have been a bit low in staffing between peak times. Some great seats in former storage tanks had been created. Very creative.

Traditional flavours and quality food to a reasonable price. We ordered the 4 course surprise menu. The dessert was a nice surprise at the last visit, where the Dutch classic; tompouche, had been elevated with peach cream and kumquats. The service was overall good. The chef is able to adapt to a diet (for example pregnancy or breastfeeding). We also had a wine menu where origins and the pairing with food was well explained. The restaurant is good value if you are looking for elevated high end Dutch food with a twist.

Great upscale restaurant in Zaandam. Sure, one may not find a broodje kroket here, it’s just a different type of restaurant. We went for a 3-course surprise dinner. The food was great, so was the wine and the service. They also took into account the allergies, however, you have to mention them before the order, if you mentioned that during the reservation it probably won’t be taken into account automatically. Overall, a great place for special occasions.

1st time there, beautiful place and setting, excellent service. I like the fact that you can have a choice of burger there and pulpo at the same time so you can take kids and fussy eaters there. Maybe a bit limited on the desserts, didn't fancy anything on offer but no real complaints (less calories for me). Coming back!

Absolutely delicious food! The portions are pretty small for the price but it really tastes so good! The staff is very friendly and they seem relaxed, some even make a joke or two. The location is stunning, the tables outside right next to the river. The interior design is very green with lots of plants. (The music was a bit two loud sometimes.) For a fancy meal, I can absolutely recommend this place!
